1. The candidates who are not satisfied with the recheck result of the subject(s) for which they had applied, will be permitted to apply for re-evaluation of their answer script(s) of that / those subject(s) only.
2. Re-evaluation is a Paid Service. For each Re-evaluation request, Schools / candidates will be required to pay the charges (as prescribed by CISCE from time to time) which shall be made online. The charges to be paid for the Re-evaluation is Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) per subject / paper (as applicable) per candidate, for the current year of Examination. The charge(s) paid for Re-evaluation is/are non – refundable.
3. The Online Re-evaluation module will be available from June 3 (11:00 am onwards) to June 5, 2024, i.e., after the declaration of results for Recheck requests received for the ICSE / ISC Year 2024 Examinations.
4. Applications for Re-evaluation submitted online must be received at CISCE’s office within the stipulated period.
5. The Re-evaluation of answer script(s) will be carried out by a competent person appointed by the Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE.
6. On Re-evaluation of the answer script(s) by the subject expert, the marks awarded, whether increased or decreased, will be considered as the FINAL marks.
7. The results of all the Re-evaluation requests received by CISCE will be declared together, within three weeks, through the website of CISCE (www.cisce.org).
8. No candidate, person or organisation shall be entitled to claim disclosure or inspection of the answer scripts or copies of it and other documents as these are treated as most confidential by CISCE.
9. CISCE will not be responsible for any loss or damage, or any inconvenience caused to the candidate consequent to the revision of marks and no claims in this regard shall be entertained.
10. The Statement of Marks / Pass Certificate for the candidates who have applied for Recheck/ Re-evaluation, will be released after the result of Re-evaluation is declared. Additionally, these documents will be made available on DigiLocker.
11. Applications for Re-evaluation can be submitted only for the subject(s) in which the candidate had applied for Recheck of results in the current year.
12. Applications for Re-evaluation can be submitted for one or more subjects, to a maximum of subjects for which the candidate had applied for Recheck in the current year of examination.
13. Application for Re-evaluation of the answer script(s) of a particular subject, of a candidate, can be submitted only once.
14. Payment for the Re-evaluation requests being submitted to CISCE, must be made online using the payment gateway.
15. The decision of the Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE on the result of the scrutiny and Re-evaluation shall be final.
16. The Online Re-evaluation request made by the candidate on Public Service Module takes place in two phases:
1. Addition of Re-evaluation requests
2. Payment
Note: The candidates can request their school to apply for Re-evaluation through the CAREERS Portal.

The results of the Re-evaluation requests will be made available on the website of CISCE (www.cisce.org). The date of the declaration of Re-evaluation Results will be notified through the website of CISCE, in due course.
